Your children need magnesium as much as you do. It can be irritating (a burning or stinging sensation) to their skin. If you spray it on and it bothers them, quickly wash it off. Then dilute the oil with 50% more water and try again. Save the extra oil the next time the bottle is low. Eventually, your children (and you, too) will get used to the higher dosage of magnesium oil. Always consult your doctor first.
